The Ten Commandments, Part 6
“You shall not murder.” (Exodus 20:13) The simplest of all ten is the one I know that everyone has committed. There are many kinds of murder. I will discuss but a few here and leave the rest to you and the Holy Spirit.
In the movie series ‘Back to the Future,’ you see, repeatedly, the profound effect that a simple thing like buying a magazine or standing up for someone can have. Well, those were movies. Here, though, is a real story. A woman was pregnant and there was a problem with the pregnancy. The child had a horribly deformed spine, and if the woman had this child she would be barren, so the doctor suggested that she have an abortion. She did not, and her son was in fine health. This story is far from over, though. Like the movie, there were repercussions, one of them being this man’s two wonderful children wouldn’t exist, and neither would I. When I was twelve I had an accident, and if he hadn’t been there I would have died…you wouldn’t be reading this.
What about those children who might not make it? Well, if you knew a woman who was pregnant, had eight kids already, three of whom were deaf, two blind, one mentally retarded, and she had syphilis, would you recommend that she have an abortion? If you said yes, then you’ve just killed Beethoven. The woman was his mother.
I don’t use euphemisms (words that conceal sin or truth in a soft manner). To me, there are no ‘disinclined adolescent employment energy moving the financial system towards steady development’; there is, however, forced child labor. To me, there is no such thing as abortion or the turning of heads, however there is such a thing as murder, and accessories to murder. A spade is a spade, a cloud is a cloud, and murder is murder. It’s pro-life not anti-abortion, and it’s pro-death not pro-choice. Let’s start using words that do not conceal the truth. Abortion is not a method of ‘fertility management,’ it’s murder. A baby’s heart is beating at 18 days. How could the heart beat unless the child was alive? And if we stop the heart, what have we done?
The mother is persuaded to abort by ‘friends and family,’ along with doctors telling her this is not a baby and that there are little to no side effects. This deception, however, is nothing but lies. Aborting her child may cost her many health problems such as hemorrhages, infertility, and possibly even death in the process, or after years of nightmares, through suicide.
American Christianity, which is radically different from Biblical Christianity, has forgotten what Godly anger is. They say, ‘don’t rock the boat’ even though Jesus Christ is indeed a Boat Rocker! James 1:20 is true when it says, “for man’s anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.” but it does not mean that Godly anger is wrong. Christ was angry! (Mark 3:1-6 10:13-14, Matthew 23:33, and 1 Peter 3:13-17)
These murders sadden us and I believe that that is indeed sad. We need to be outraged at the murders of this nation. If we look at First Samuel 11, we see the elders preferred to allow the enemy to gouge out their right eyes, resulting in slavery, rather than have to face them in battle. Christians, act, before you have but one eye. How? Saul fought back with a holy anger and so should we. Pornography is legalized, prayer and the Word are taken out of school, the murdering of children allowed, homosexuality, rape, adultery, the breeding of sin by the media, and the Christians don’t get angry…they just turn their heads to the left and are blind in the right eye.
In Genesis 4 the blood of Abel cried from the ground to the Lord God. It cried to Him! I cannot fathom the haunting chorus of the screams and cries of over 45 million aborted children, of their blood coming from the ground to our Father for justice. We don’t like it, we may even hate it, but we tolerate it. As with Abel before though, God will avenge.
Does God know unborn children? “For you fashioned my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I thank you because I am awesomely made, wonderfully; your works are wonder – I know this very well. My bones were not hidden from you when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes could see me as an embryo, but in your book all my days were already written; my days had been shaped before any of them existed.” (Psalms 139:13-16 CJB) He knows and loves them so. Will you be Christ-like and show love for children as well?
The Rothman/Lichter report showed us, through interviews with the leading media of TV and newspapers, that 90% of the media believed it OK to have an abortion, amongst other very disturbing statistics of these highly immoral people. That was in 1980. Times have not gotten better. Breeders of murder have become quite commonplace in our world. The media report murder and violent crimes every day. They then explain the system’s intentional flaws and show kids they can get away with these crimes due to their age, certain races that they can cry racism, and certain actors or celebrities that they are as immune as the police and judges. Every newspaper showed us a picture of the twin towers in New York falling on September 11, 2001, showing us thousands of friends dying, yet they didn’t mention the 5,000 kids murdered that day by abortion, nor would they show a picture of an abortion. Some of us, even children, have become numb to terror. Over 45 million abortions out of the 210 million births per year, but you’ll not see that on the front page of a newspaper. Why do we not see aborted children’s photos in the paper? Because, not only are most media people in favor of abortion, but if the murdered child was shown, then those in favor of death could not hide like cowards behind the word ‘fetus’ and the world’s eyes would be opened to the greatest holocaust ever. They don’t show the thousands of aborted children every day, or have interviews with the emotionally scarred women who were lied to by the system, because the disgusting lie could never stand in the light of Truth. We Christians have that Truth and could crush the evil if we would only stand!
Americans have murdered more babies than the number of Jews killed by Hitler. Considering this, Hitler was a nicer man than America is a country and I am very ashamed…but even angrier. I know I will be hated for saying some of these things, but it’s time all we Christians started saying things that are true and not just things that are ‘acceptable’. If you feel I am too hard, then please visit the sites listed below. I’ve seen the ‘fetus’ and I know now what the pro-life group means when they call pro-death/choice people: child murderers, hired assassins, a death industry, and the likes. I do hope and pray that you will look and see what I mean because in this case a picture of an aborted ‘fetus’ is worth far more than a thousand words. If this does not anger you then you are dead in love. Walking up behind a kid at the playground and shooting him in the back of the head or beating to death a paralyzed man is the same as an abortion. You kill a helpless individual.
There are many people who can’t have children who would love to adopt one if you don’t want the baby. If you don’t want children, and still have sex, then there are many healthy things you can do to help prevent pregnancy. Do you want a child but cannot bear one? Then find an abortion clinic, and with a church group, ask women who have been deceived into wanting to murder their child, if you could adopt him instead. Will you get into trouble for doing this? Yes. The Police will most likely treat you worse than they do murderers, bank robbers, rapists, and the like. In fact, there will be jail time and, more than likely, assault from the police and prisoners. The child killer inside, though, will be free.
What can you do in the fight against child murder? Make sure that no doctor or hospital whose services you use performs abortions, and let those who do perform abortions know that they have lost your business because of what they do. Listen to the Christian media to stay informed. For Zion’s sake do not remain silent! A family member, who is being crafted in the image of God, is about to be murdered and there is something you can do. Please, get in touch with an Operation Rescue group and work with them as much as you can in the service of the Most High. If you were about to be murdered and no one did anything, how would you feel? I urge you to pray earnestly about this and be willing before you receive an answer to follow through with His answer.
Another form of murder is found in those hospitals, which do not offer care to those who need it, based upon whether or not they can identify the person and get payment up front. Picture, if you will: your child has had an accident and desperately needs medical attention, but your phone is out, your spouse has the only car, and you are way out in the country. All of a sudden your brother pulls up. You tell him your child needs to go the hospital and he responds, “Well, ok, but I’ll have to charge you 1,000 dollars up front.” That is what hospitals do. They look their brothers in the face and say, “It’s cash or death.” Many of my friends have died because they were denied treatment. The love of money became their murderer.
Then there’s suicide. I have known a few people who have tried to commit suicide, a couple by way of overdosing, and one who ran his car off a bridge at 80 mph. Suicide is often performed because of severe depression; yes, there may be medicines for that, but they don’t work like the love of Christ. If you’re not going to use your life, then let God use it. But if you’re a Christian and you kill yourself, then wouldn’t you just go on to heaven, and if that’s the case, then why don’t we? One big reason is that I don’t want to stand before God and say that the gift of life and the chances He gave were not good enough for me to do His will. According to Paul in 1 Corinthians 6:20, the expression ‘taking your life’ is unbiblical. It is not yours to take. A Christian must be strong and overcome the pain of this world; after all, the life of Paul, a former Pharisee, was not pointless, therefore neither is yours. The fight does not have to be fought alone though; (actually it can’t be if you want to win the battle; look at John 16:33). The Lord is always there to carry you through the bad times and loves to hear from you in the good times, and the bad. He will never leave you, nor stop loving you, or caring about you, He has loved you from the beginning. I know I’m repeating myself here, but this part to me seems very important: “He will never leave you.” (Hebrews 13:5).
I found a reason to live, actually more than one reason; Christ, my friends, my family- I’m so glad that I did not commit suicide when tempted with it, because now that I’m with Christ, I have all the reasons I need to stay alive. How do you get out of the thought? Read Philippians 4:7-9. If you’re thinking about suicide, stop, take a few more minutes and talk to someone, and by all means talk to God. “The LORD redeemeth the soul of His servants, and none of them that trust in Him shall be desolate.” (Psalm 34:22) You’re not alone, my friend. Consider the pain of those loved ones of now, and the future, which will live to feel the agony and loss. Have faith. There is a rainbow after every storm.
Where is God when someone commits suicide? He is right beside them, grieving for them and their family, wanting them to come to Him. Why does God then not stop them from self-murder? Because God loves us so much that we are not His puppets, but rather His completely free children.
Of the people who talk about suicide, the greater numbers do murder themselves. Depression from death in the family, relationship troubles, status loss, drugs, guilt, a difficult season, loss of job, and distance from God are the main reasons for suicide. Warning signs that show you should act may include previous suicide attempts, statements of suicidal feelings, self-inflicted injuries, such as cuts, burns, or banging their head on things, reckless behavior, declined interest in activities, un-cleanliness, making out a will or giving away favorite possessions, and saying good-bye in a morbid manner. These are cries for help and we must answer it with love and help from the Holy Spirit. Help these people now as later may not exist. Listen and communicate with them. Usually the desire for death will pass, but if not, then more help may be needed from a pastor, the Psalms, family, fun activities, and prayer with the person.
Can someone who has committed suicide still go to heaven? (They have no more opportunity to repent). The Bible says the only unforgivable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. We are saved by grace, not by confession of our sin (see Matthew 12:31). If you want to study the full meaning of what is unforgivable click here HOLY SPIRIT.
Who is it that decides how much time is required in the murder of oneself, in order for it to be either suicide or natural causes? If you die of cancer, it was suicide if you smoked cigarettes for the past umpteen years. You have seen the warnings that say, something to the effect of, “You will die from cancer if you smoke this” on every pack. Natural causes? I think not. If a man loses his family, and in a moment of pain and foolishness puts a gun to his head, and murders himself, his judgment will most likely be light in comparison to the man who spent thirty years to fulfill his self murder through improper eating. “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NIV) If you would like to read more on health, then CLICK HERE.
Other forms of murder are assisted suicide, drugs, drunk driving, AIDS from premarital sex, and a slew of others. When we all see the Savior: what a whole lot of explaining we’ll have to do if we have not taken time away from TV and other useless activities to help our falling brothers.
A Christian is to be strong not rude, kind not weak, bold not a bully, humble not timid, confident not arrogant, and have humor without folly. God has given us a war, brethren…and the whole church has not yet come to it. Let us war against murder. Equip yourselves for the spiritual battle we are in with His Word in Ephesians 6:10-24.
As for some of the laws given to the Israelites concerning whom is to be killed: These executions were to be done by the city authorities. Today our governing bodies are in favor of some murder (amongst other crimes that’s punishment should be death) and are not fighting against it. If we take up arms and wage a war with guns and knives, then we will be going against God and His commands. We must fight this battle with something mightier than the sword of man…we must fight it with the Sword of God. Brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, I urge you to write congressmen, presidents, judges, hospitals, and to protest with church groups against abortion clinics, not with violence, but rather with a peaceful desire to save innocent lives. Friends of the Lord, I beseech thee, take up your cross and follow the Messiah! This is the only way for God’s plan to work correctly. We must vote in God-fearing men, pray for them, and back them up. We must stand and fight this spiritual battle…not turn our heads with a blind eye facing it, as mentioned earlier. In this life we are given two swords. Which do you wield? For which will you die? For which will you live?
Christ has blessed us with His teaching that came from the Father saying, “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, ‘Raca,’ [meaning vilification, worthless, or showing disrespect] is answerable to the Sanhedrin [council]. But anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.” (Matthew 5:21-22) (The brackets were mine). Please take the time to read more on this and seek out, not just blood brother, but all mankind that you have fault with, and in the company of the Holy Spirit confront them peacefully, seeking reconciliation.
Lastly, sin murdered Christ. When we do not act as Christians it’s as if we slash our very Savior’s back open, when we show hate instead of love it’s as if we nail our Lord’s hands to a cross, when we become ‘holier than others’ it’s as if we place a crown of thorns on Christ’s head, when we question His program it’s as if we pierce the Messiah’s side, and when we carry on not caring what we do to His heart, we are bringing God’s judgment down on us when He returns. Everything we worship is because of a murder that was transformed into a salvation through Christ’s perfection. He was the only one that Death could not keep due to His perfection. It is this perfection, this anointing, that only Christ has. When we invite Him into our hearts we have a piece of that perfection that God knows as His Son that He is well pleased in. In turn, through His Son, God sees us as His children.
I’ll be speaking on self-defense at a later point, but if you care to do a little bit more reading on this subject here are but a few Scriptures to read: Leviticus 20:2-5, Numbers 35:33, Deuteronomy 24:16, Ezekiel 35:6, Jonah 4:8, 1 King 19:4, Zechariah 4:10, Psalm 137, Proverbs 6:16-19 24:11, Jeremiah 9:21 1:5, Matthew 25:36-45, Luke 1:41 18:5 and 23-31, John 8:44, James 1:27, 2:14-17, and 4:4-7, 1 John 2:15-17, and Revelation 9:6.

Let us assume that our eyes would be God’s, or the death of our son would be the same as God’s pain…now multiply it by over 14 million. I pray your sorrow turns to action.
“therefore as surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD , I will give you over to bloodshed and it will pursue you. Since you did not hate bloodshed, bloodshed will pursue you.” (Ezekiel 35:6)
“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’” (Isaiah 6:8 NIV)
